Outdoor Kitchens are a great way to get outdside and enjoy the fresh air. Do you enjoy the smell of food cooking whilst the sun is going down and the wine or beer is starting to flow? I do!!!
Whilst looking for a BBQ to replace our old overused and rusted out one of 10 years, I decided to do some research around the local BBQ resellers. Well I discovered that you get what you pay for at most places, and it is a great idea to decide on the features you want and a budget. Then start to haggle...
Most resellers will be able to come down on price a little, or a lot depending on the time of year and the end of the month. If they can't reduce an already reduced BBQ or Outdor Kitchen, then ask for some freebies such as utensils or a protective cover. I find our BBQ gets left outdoors all year round, so a protective cover helps prevent rust and keeps it clean.
If you want some ideas then head over to Outdor Kitchens to kick start your research and maybe find some products you like.
Using the internet to search for an Outdside kitchen has the advantage of providing a rough price so you can request this price from a seller when you see them to see if they will match it. Researching a well known brand, or reading reviews on new ones, allows you to get the features you want in a tried and tested design.
The variety is huge, with Gas, Charcoal, or wood kitchens available, and all having there own distinctive taste and uses. I find cooking roasts is best done on a Charcoal BBQ to get the best flavours. Using a gas bbq is better for small cuts of meat and stir-frys.
Like me you should make the most of the outdors and summer months and relax on the Decking, or by the Swimming Pool and eat the food you cooked with nature.
